Are telecom charges included?

No. DID number rentals, SIP trunk usage and call termination charges are billed separately based on actual usage.

Do you support on-premise deployment?

Yes. Enterprise customers can opt for dedicated server or on-premise Asterisk deployment with full support.

What CRMs do you integrate with?

We natively support OneRadius. Custom CRM integrations via REST API are available on Professional and above.

How is billing handled?

Plans are billed monthly or annually via bank transfer or UPI. GST invoices are issued automatically each cycle.
