Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms carefully before using the Way2Orbit platform, website or mobile application.
These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Way2Net IT Services Pvt. Ltd. (trading as Way2Orbit). By using our platform, website or mobile application, you confirm you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms.
By accessing, registering for, or using any Way2Orbit service — including our website at way2orbit.in, the management platform at master.way2orbit.in, and the Way2Orbit mobile application — you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
If you are accepting on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms. If you do not have such authority, or if you do not agree with these terms, do not use the services.
Access to certain features of the platform may require you to accept additional terms specific to those features. Such additional terms are incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference.
Way2Net IT Services Pvt. Ltd., the company operating the Way2Orbit platform and services.
The Way2Orbit cloud telephony, IVR, PBX, CRM, and workforce management software, including the web application and mobile application.
A business, company or entity that has subscribed to Way2Orbit services and deployed the platform for its operations.
An individual (employee, agent, or field staff) authorized by an Organization to access and use the Way2Orbit platform.
The Way2Orbit mobile application available on the Google Play Store and other authorized distribution channels.
All services provided by Way2Orbit including IVR, PBX, call routing, CRM integration, workforce tracking, and related features.
To use Way2Orbit services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Be authorized by a registered Organization to access the platform, or be a registered Organization administrator
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
- Not share your account credentials with any other person
Way2Orbit is intended for business and professional use only. Personal, non-commercial use is not a permitted use case unless explicitly agreed in writing.
We reserve the right to refuse access or terminate accounts that do not meet eligibility criteria or violate these terms.
Way2Orbit provides the following categories of services to registered Organizations:

| Reports & Analytics | CDR, attendance, agent performance and operational dashboards |
| Payment Management | CRM payment collection sync, approval workflow and bank account ledger |
The specific features available depend on the subscription plan purchased by the Organization. Way2Orbit reserves the right to modify, add or remove features with reasonable notice.
Organizations subscribing to Way2Orbit agree to the following responsibilities:
- Ensure all employees using the platform are informed about the features deployed, including location tracking, call recording and camera-based attendance
- Obtain all necessary consents from employees before enabling features such as background location tracking or call recording
- Comply with all applicable employment laws, labor regulations and data protection laws in their jurisdiction
- Maintain the confidentiality of admin credentials and API tokens
- Not use Way2Orbit for unlawful surveillance, discrimination or harassment of employees
- Promptly notify Way2Orbit of any suspected security breach or unauthorized access
- Ensure that telecom resources (DID numbers, SIP trunks) used on the platform comply with applicable telecom regulations
- Pay subscription fees and any applicable telecom charges on time as per the agreed billing schedule
Organizations are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform — including employee tracking and call recording — complies with applicable Indian labor law, IT Act provisions and local data protection requirements.
Individual users accessing the Way2Orbit platform or mobile application agree to:
- Use the application only for authorized work-related activities assigned by their Organization
- Not share login credentials, bypass authentication or impersonate other users
- Not tamper with, reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract source code from the application
- Not use the platform to harass, intimidate or engage in unauthorized communication with customers
- Grant required device permissions (location, microphone, camera) when prompted if those features are required for their work role
- Report any technical issues, security concerns or misuse to their organization administrator
- Accept that their activity on the platform (call logs, location data, attendance) is monitored by their Organization for operational purposes
The Way2Orbit mobile application may collect foreground and background location data depending on the features enabled by the Organization. This section explains the scope and conditions of such collection.
Foreground Location is collected when the app is open and active, for purposes including geo-fence attendance verification, field task routing and live map display.
Background Location is collected when the app is running in the background (screen off or app minimized), for continuous field staff tracking during active work shifts. This requires:
- The Organization to have enabled the field tracking module
- The employee to have explicitly granted "Allow all the time" location permission on their device
- The application to display a persistent notification indicating that background tracking is active
Location data is:
- Transmitted securely over HTTPS to Way2Orbit servers
- Accessible only to authorized administrators of the employee's Organization
- Retained for the period configured by the Organization (default 90 days)
- Not shared with third-party advertisers or data brokers
Employees may revoke location permissions at any time via device settings. Revoking permissions may limit the ability to use location-dependent features of the app.
Way2Orbit does not use employee location data for any commercial purpose. Location data belongs to the Organization and is used exclusively for the operational workforce management purposes described in these terms and our Privacy Policy.
The Way2Orbit mobile application may request the following device permissions. All permissions are requested at the point of use with an explanation of their purpose:

You may deny or revoke any permission via your device settings at any time. Denying certain permissions will disable the associated features but will not affect other app functionality.
By granting these permissions, you agree to their use for the purposes described above and in our Privacy Policy.
Call recording is a configurable feature. When enabled by the Organization, calls made through the Way2Orbit platform may be automatically recorded and stored.
Organizations enabling call recording must:
- Inform callers and employees that calls are being recorded — typically via an IVR announcement before the call is connected
- Comply with applicable Indian Telecom Regulatory Authority (TRAI) rules and the Information Technology Act regarding lawful interception and recording
- Use call recordings only for the lawful business purposes declared to employees and callers (quality assurance, training, dispute resolution)
- Not use call recordings for any unlawful surveillance or discriminatory purpose
Call recordings are:
- Stored securely on Way2Orbit servers with encryption
- Accessible only to authorized administrators of the Organization
- Retained for 30–180 days depending on the Organization's subscription plan
- Not shared with third parties except as required by law
Way2Orbit is not responsible for ensuring that Organizations comply with their legal obligations regarding call recording consent in their jurisdiction.
All intellectual property rights in the Way2Orbit platform, software, mobile application, website, branding, documentation and content are owned by or licensed to Way2Net IT Services Pvt. Ltd.
Your use of the platform does not grant you any ownership rights. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the platform solely for its intended purpose during the term of your subscription.
You must not:
- Copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works of any part of the platform
- Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the application or its source code
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices, logos or branding
- Use Way2Orbit branding, trademarks or product names without prior written consent
- Sublicense or resell access to the platform without authorization
Any feedback, suggestions or ideas you provide regarding the platform may be used by Way2Orbit without obligation or compensation to you.
The following uses of the Way2Orbit platform are strictly prohibited:
- Using the platform to make spam calls, robocalls or unsolicited automated communications
- Using the VoIP infrastructure for fraudulent calls, phishing or impersonation
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, organizations or system infrastructure
- Interfering with or disrupting the platform's servers, networks or databases
- Using the platform for illegal surveillance, stalking or unauthorized tracking of individuals
- Uploading malicious code, viruses or exploits into the system
- Scraping, crawling or bulk data extraction without written authorization
- Using the platform in violation of any applicable Indian or international law
- Reselling or white-labeling the service without a written reseller agreement
- Using background location to track individuals without their knowledge or required consent
Violations of prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, termination without refund, and where applicable, reporting to law enforcement authorities.
Organizations subscribing to Way2Orbit services agree to the following billing terms:
- Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as per the agreed plan and payment schedule
- Telecom charges (DID number rental, SIP trunk usage, call termination) are billed separately based on actual usage
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and subject to applicable GST
- GST invoices are issued automatically each billing cycle
- Payment is due within the period specified in the invoice (typically 7 days)
- Late payment may result in service suspension after reasonable notice
- Refunds are not provided for partial months of service or for telecom usage charges
- Price changes will be communicated with at least 30 days notice
Disputed invoices must be raised in writing within 7 days of the invoice date. Undisputed amounts remain payable by the original due date.
Way2Orbit targets a platform uptime of 99.9% on an annual basis, excluding scheduled maintenance windows. We aim to notify Organizations of planned maintenance at least 24 hours in advance.
Way2Orbit is not responsible for service disruptions caused by:
- Third-party telecom carrier outages or SIP trunk failures
- Internet connectivity issues on the Organization or employee side
- Force majeure events including natural disasters, government actions or power failures
- Unauthorized modifications to the platform by the Organization or users
- Scheduled or emergency maintenance windows
Service credits for downtime (where applicable) are subject to the specific SLA agreed in the Organization's subscription contract.
Please read this section carefully as it limits Way2Orbit's liability to you.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Way2Orbit and its directors, employees, agents and affiliates shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, business or goodwill
- Damages resulting from unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
- Damages resulting from use of or inability to use the platform
- Telecom charges incurred through misuse or unauthorized use of your account
- Actions of third-party telecom carriers, SIP providers or CRM systems
Where liability cannot be fully excluded under Indian law, Way2Orbit's total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Organization for the services in the 3 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Way2Orbit, its directors, employees and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to:
- Your use of the platform in violation of these terms
- Your Organization's failure to obtain required employee consents for tracking or recording features
- Violation of applicable Indian law including the IT Act, telecom regulations or labor laws
- Any third-party claims arising from your use of the platform
- Unauthorized or fraudulent use of VoIP calling features through your account
By Organization: An Organization may terminate its subscription by providing 30 days written notice to Way2Orbit. No refunds will be issued for the remaining subscription period unless otherwise agreed.
By Way2Orbit: We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform immediately and without notice if:
- You breach any material term of these Terms & Conditions
- Your account is used for prohibited conduct including fraud, spam or illegal activity
- Payment remains overdue beyond the grace period
- You become insolvent or subject to insolvency proceedings
Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately. Data may be retained for 30 days post-termination for retrieval purposes before being permanently deleted. Telecom numbers and configurations will be released after the termination date.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bhiwani, Haryana, India.
Before initiating legal proceedings, the parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation for a period of 30 days. If unresolved, disputes may be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
Way2Orbit reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made:
- The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised
- Organizations will be notified via email or in-platform notification
- Continued use of the platform after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms
If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must discontinue use of the platform and notify us to initiate account termination.
